Cara Tyrrell, M.Ed., is an early childhood expert, parent coach, and founder of Core4Parenting, where she helps parents and caregivers build calm, connected homes rooted in trust and communication. With advanced degrees in ASL, Linguistics, and Education, Cara blends brain science and heart-centered connection to teach what she calls Collaborative Parenting a relationship-based approach that turns everyday moments into opportunities for growth. After years teaching preschool and kindergarten, Cara saw that kids arrived ready to learn academically but often lacked the social and emotional skills to thrive. That realization led her to develop the Collaborative Parenting Methodology™, helping adults use intentional language to nurture identity, emotional intelligence, and confidence from the very beginning.
